The billing process seemed disorganized. our bill included charges for items we did not have. i suggest you carefully review your bill before checking out. I wish i had done that.

the bed was so soft. pillows were amazing. it seemed like sleeping on a cloud. the shower had strong pressure. the shower gel and body lotion smell so divine. i could order food at 2 am via the hotel's tablet. it was so convenient. breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was gorgeous. the staff always had a smile for you.

the billing was a little confusing. i had to double check everything.

A Superb Hotel Experience

The hotel looked like a true five-star hotel. The cleanliness was really good. The rooms remained very quiet. A restaurant operates on the ground floor and I highly recommend it. The chef is French and their passion becomes evident in each dish. The staff was very happy to print a document I needed. The parking area sits right next door, easily accessible, and it kept my space throughout the stay. Majestic Cafe stands out for excellent breakfasts and great coffee. I found a nice selection of restaurants nearby.

The billing process seemed a bit disorganized. My room was incorrectly charged for certain items. I needed to double-check my bills.

the bed was comfortable!!! the additional sink and tap, along with a microoven, provided practical convenience for hot drinks and water. individual ac worked well, great to control the temperature. food was available via room service early at 2 am using the hotel's tablet.

the billing process was quite messy. our room was incorrectly charged for multiple items. i think you need to double-check your bills!

The staff was accommodating. The room had a microwave which was useful. The shower had strong water pressure and quality shower gel. The reception staff were courteous and helpful and booked local tours for me. The bus stop to the gondola was only a few minutes away from this location.
