great bathroom excellent sound proofing messy billing process incorrect charges

the bathroom was great. the sound proofing was excellent, i could barely hear anything from outside!

The billing process seemed disorganized. our bill included charges for items we did not have. i suggest you carefully review your bill before checking out. I wish i had done that.

a sanctuary of sweet moments

soft bed amazing pillows strong pressure lovely staff

the bed was so soft. pillows were amazing. it reminded me of sleeping on a cloud. the shower had strong pressure. the shower gel and body lotion smell so divine. i could order food at 2 am via the hotel's tablet. it was so convenient. breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was gorgeous. the staff always had a smile for you.

the billing was a little confusing. i had to double check everything.

the hotel offer a bistro. it seems to serve tasty food. the hotel also provide access to a neighboring fitness studio. this allows guests to maintain their workout routines even while traveling.

really good stay

comfortable bed practical convenience

the bed was comfortable!!! the additional sink and tap, along with a microoven, provided practical convenience for hot drinks and water. individual ac worked well, great to control the temperature. food was available via room service early at 2 am using the hotel's tablet.

the billing process was quite messy. our room was incorrectly charged for multiple items. i think you need to double-check your bills!

the bed feel really good and comfortable. the room also included a sink, a tap, and a microoven. i used it for hot drinks and water. the shower had strong water pressure, also shower gel and body lotion are available.

the billing process seemed messy. my room was charged incorrectly for multiple items. its necessary to double check bills. it also felt too hot, i couldnt find the air con remote at 3.30am. it was noisy.

The staff was accommodating. The room had a microwave which was useful. The shower had strong water pressure and quality shower gel. The reception staff were courteous and helpful and booked local tours for me. The bus stop to the gondola was only a few minutes away from this location.

My room was incorrectly charged for a minibar item.
